To anyone using this toolkit: ultimately, the goal is for everyone to get home safely. And that really comes down to being on top of our vehicles and just looking after ourselves.

Van speed limits:

• Built-up areas (with street lights): 30 mph
• Single carriageways (outside built-up areas): 50 mph (for vans up to 3.5 tonnes GVW)
• Dual carriageways: 60 mph (for vans up to 3.5 tonnes GVW)
• Motorways: 70 mph (for vans up to 3.5 tonnes GVW)
