About the content here - I had originally planned to create a Guided User Help Tree, a tool to help your clients troubleshoot common issues (like resetting MCPs) and potentially avoid a call-out. However, due to personal obstacles and the scale of that project, it is being postponed.

Instead, I will be putting some time aside over the next coming months into producing a practical Panel Guide. This guide is specifically designed to help newcomers use panels, do PPMs and find faults.
