You are expressly warned of the following known (but not exhaustive) risks:

• Potential for System Failure: Powering down, testing, or modifying power supplies and related systems can lead to catastrophic equipment failure, irreversible system faults, or permanent data loss.
• Addressable Panel Warning: Extreme caution must be exercised when working with sophisticated addressable fire alarm panels, particularly from manufacturers such as Gent, Siemens, Notifier, or others with proprietary software. Improperly powering down or testing these systems can lead to significant system faults, require expensive manufacturer resets, or cause a complete and permanent system failure. Do not proceed without expert, system-specific knowledge.

c. Adherence to Safety Procedures

You agree to always adhere to established safety protocols, including but not limited to, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, arc flash safety, and all applicable local and national industry standards and regulations (e.g., BS 5839, NFPA 72).
